Issues under discussion include: "bans of certain weapons and high-capacity magazines, increased background checks, and strengthening sentences for certain gun-related offenses. They are also discussing measures to enable Rhode Island to report the names of individuals who are a danger to themselves or others into a gun-related national data base."

This state never ceases to amaze me, It looks like all those proposals infringe upon my right, which therefore violates RI constitution.

But the same people had no qualms electing a convicted felon mayor of Providence!
