Awesome story. Makes me want to buy a K31. Here is a note I found in the buttstock of a CMP garand. It is greek, has the soldiers name, rifle serial #, and the other stuff means transportation corps.

Somewhat off topic, but how great are these rifles to shoot? I want one, have heard great things, but haven't dropped the cash yet.

Anyone have pics of their accuracy at the range, and other tidbits, please post.
