great day of pheasant hunting

Just had a great day of pheasant hunting.

When I got there two guys were leaving with a dog. They were complaining about not seeing one bird. I must of sat there listening to them complain for about 2-3 minutes before I left up the trail, with no dog. I ended up seeing a shit load of birds. I got a nice hen and roster before heading back. I probably flushed another three birds but either missed or did shoot because I knew I wouldn’t find it.

Right know I am using #6 shot steel. Seems to be working pretty well. any suggestions

Just remember, Guys, that with daylight savings time dawn starts at 6am, so you can get some hunting in *before* work if you are close to a WMA.

The season at Westford Sportsmen's runs until March 31, except for deer season.
