What I don't understand is why some Mass. resident and Goal doesn't file a lawsuit regarding the extended times that some municipalities take. It would only take a few to make all the LEO's very sensitive to this and move a bunch faster. One of the reasons that Mass. has such arcane laws is that you Mass. residents just lay down and let the government run over you.
