If you are in the market for a reliable compact concealed carry gun, the Glock 42 and the Glock 43 are known for their portable size and reliability. But which one is better?

I had a G42. If I'd known that Glock was going to come out shortly with the G43, I would have waited. The difference in size is minimal, they're both pocket carry guns, (or IWB, or whatever floats your boat; but I believe that 9mm is a better defensive round.

Then Glock came out with a virtual plethora of small framed guns. I've got my original G43, (actually two of them), a G48, and a G43X. The G43X is my preferred carry gun. It's the same slide as a G43, but with a G48 frame and accomodates Shield Arms magazines - 15 rounds.
