felon in a possession of a firearm? Where is the firearm?

Apparently in Commiefornia (that's odd, commiefornia doesn't get auto corrected or marked as a misspelled word) that IS a firearm.

a felon cannot possess black powder firearms. Under 12001, a black powder firearm still counts as a "firearm" for most sections of the California Penal Code, this includes 12021(a), which prohibits an individual convicted of a felony from possessing firearms

Under California's gun laws, “'firearm' means any device, designed to be used as a weapon, from which is expelled through a barrel, a projectile by the force of any explosion or other form of combustion.”

Just what I thought!

It's a fully semi auto hand-cannon, with a high capacity magazine wheel, an extended pistol grip, with a barrel-mounted tactical micro sight.

I think the Russians are secretly importing them, and they are getting onto the streets by way of the gun show loop holes in the surrounding states .... with their dammed lax gun laws.
