That's the problem with Patrick's push for yet another handgun law in Massachusetts. The state already has more than 200 gun laws on the books -- the most in the nation -- and violations are strictly enforced.

That's just not true. Many criminals are arrested for violating them, but the laws aren't actually enforced. It typically takes 2-3 gun crimes to see any jail time in MA, and even then it's short stretches in the HOC.
