I saw this Fisher today, approx 2 foot long , body and tail. The tail was quite bushy and thick. Looked like the buck was easily leaping 18 foot strides, and not slipping in the snow. The knife is 7 inches long.

I watched a fisher for about 1/2 hour yesterday....and did see it catch a mouse!
