FFL update

Hi all. Here in the Littleton mill we now have 41 licensed 07s and 4 new guys applying. I have one room that just came available. It's about 380 sf. The gross rent is $325/mo. 2 or 3 guys could split this. I would like at least 2 to start and split the $325 to cover costs. The 2 would have the option of bringing in #3. Or, 1 guy with deep pockets could take the room over and sub out to 2 more at whatever rent he wants and maybe pick up a few bucks. PM or call me at 978-486-8975 mornings if interested.
