What do you mean by "f.a. licensing requirements"?

Is that full auto (aka machine gun) licensing?

He was a FT PO, PD armorer, FFL, MCJTC (before MPTC) firearms instructor, and holder of a green card (machine gun license). He's now retired and lives in NH. He was also the secretary of a MA gun club for a very long time.

Interesting, but what do you mean by "verified" knowledge? Do you need someone that was in the court system at that time? Perhaps an attorney with an intimate knowledge of case law from that era?
