I understand the anti-gun crowd will make stuff up out of whole cloth and expect the media to swallow it, but has anyone, anywhere, seen anybody explaining how they pulled this number out of the air? It's just getting repeated ad infinitum with no thought or logic at all behind it.

I'm sure it started out as something such as how long he was shooting, but it's morphed into something completely untethered to reality.

I challenge people in MA to go get a damn unrestricted LTC. I tell them I'll pay the $100 fee for people I know. Once they find out it is going to take about 6 months they shut up. I had one person take me up on this out of the dozens I've offered it to.
