Eating fresh fish

I was in Boston a couple weeks ago. Went to Oishii restaurant and Chef Ting made me some sushi. Sea bream, two different types of salmon, two different tunas, hamachi, scallop, octopus ,abalone, geoduck. Awesome!
Some of it was so good I didnt bother with soy or wasabi.

A small bluefish, bled and iced as soon as it is caught and then sliced really thin is pretty good with some soy and wasabi. Give it a try if you get a chance.

All the Japanese I work with like that place. I haven't been. The all laugh at the name though: "good taste" is how it translates.
