I need a little help here folks. I have an AR-15 lower manufactured by E A Arms. I know they've gone out of business, but when did that happen, and what did the initials E A stand for?

Yes, it was Essential Arms. Their receivers were just barely average quality. The one that I built one had the holes all drilled a liitle bit out of square with the receiver. It worked, but with a wicked bad trigger pull. Built the whole gun for $250 and sold it later for $750, to someone who couldn't live without a bayonet lug.[rofl]
They are all Pre-ban, so if the receiver was assembled as a gun prior to the ban, you're good to go.
