DSI DS9 Flash hider Q

Pardon my ignorance in advance.

Recently had my eyes on a DSI DS9, that appears to have a stock "flash hider" attached to it.

Any idea if this falls under the current MA-AWB/Healey "interpretation". Just wondering if I'm going to have to take the time to bring it to a gunsmith as it currently stands.

IANAL but if LEOs are looking that hard at your rifle…you have bigger issues.

What is the actual device? An A2?

You never know when your rifle might be inspected by a LEO who hates the constitution. Risk tolerance and all that.

Yeah I mean that’s the most obvious flash hider out there as it’s the most common, most effective for the money that’s the most easily identified.

I can’t point to case law that is someone being jammed up for ONLY a flash hider. Maybe someone else here can. Risk tolerance
