I'm just wondering since it seems that some of these posts get lost because they appear in members, or general, or off topic. With a hot political season about to start, both locally and nationally, would it make sense to have a forum for those types of posts?

It would be nice if Off-Topic two Sub-Forums like:

Politics
Automotive/All Things Mechanical

On another Forum I frequent, they're "Lounge" (Off-Topic) has a Politics Sub-Forum with the following warning:

This forum is for politically related discussions ONLY, including current political events and elections, religion, gun control, and current military actions. All other topics go in the Lounge please. WARNING! Discussion topics in this section can become contentious and very heated. ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK!
