if i buy a desert eagle...how easy is it to convert to .44 mag if i buy it in .50? do you just drop another barrel in as with most guns?

if you buy a new 50, which is mark 19 i believe, you just switch out the bolt, barrel and magazine
which would all come in a 44mag conversion from magnum research
