The bus driver could be in hot water.... will have to have one hell of a good lawyer. Good for him that he helped the guy with first aid, will look good for him in court!
BTW folks, I didn't go trolling newsfeeds for alleged self-defense shootings -
I was listening to WDEL streaming, and this was a trending story tonight.

I just think because it was a gun vs a can of pepper spray ? Don't know what the age difference is either ? I don't have a problem with the shooters actions if he felt his life was in danger, just a projection of what he could be dealing with in the weeks to come.
I look at stories like this, and I can't help thinking,
if I could appear in the short bus jump seat
and say to the driver,
I come from the year 2018(*) to tell you:
If you pull over for this road rage idiot,
you will lose your job, your gun rights,
and be sued into bankruptcy.
(You'll also put him in ICU,
if not six feet under; but let that go).
I wonder what the bus driver would do?
(*) Artist's conception; add 18 to adjust forward-backward time alignment:
Hard to say without all the evidence but pepper spray can be considered lethal force and can be met with lethal force.
It's not just the spray that is the issue, but once a victim is sprayed a reasonable person has to consider what the attacker will do to him once incapacitated.
I was just studying this last night in one of Mas Ayoob's books.
