deer with a bow

i've seen about a half a dozen deer early in the morning on my way to work
over the last month or so. one ran into my truck, another karmakeze just missed me a few weeks later,and i see them standing on the side of the road eating off trees. my question is, if i an perfectly legal to hunt with a bow, can i hunt in the woods near my house where i'm seeing all these deer?

Depends on the town and what the bylaws are about needing permission or not.

you also need to be 150 ft from a paved road and 500 ft from an occupied dwelling (that you do not have permission from).
