So, my brother sent a CVA Accura V2 muzzleloader in for service. The rifle was brand new, but to make a long story short, the barrel needed to be replaced. He pushed for a full product replacement but they pushed back and replaced the barrel rather than the rifle. They sent it back with the ram rod inside the barrel rather than in the holder. This thing apearently banged around in there for 1000 miles on a truck. He is super pissed but it is after hours right now. Thoughts on this? Experience with CVA? Maybe this is a stupid question, but would a ram rod down the barrel jarred around for several days damage the rifiling?
