I'm not sure she is. She was released from the hospital but no mention of whether she's out on bail.

The female driver was also taken to a hospital to be treated for non-life-threatening injuries and was released after treatment.

She was arrested and charged with domestic assault and battery, two counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon of a child under 14, reckless operation of a motor vehicle and malicious destruction of property.

So sad for the innocents; I hope they're okay.
