Happy Birthday Marines.
One of my Canadian friends noticed that every time I buy a new truck I put a USMC sticker on it.
So he asked what I did and how long I was in. So I told him Infantry for 5 years.
He asked why Marines put stickers on their vehicles years later? It's kinda of like putting a college sticker on your truck 30 years after you graduated.
I said "Yeah, it's basically the same, except at most colleges the kids from other colleges are not trying to kill you."
