Cobra Mags?

Does anyone use these mags? Gen 2?

If you are referring to Virgil Tripp's Cobra mags for the 1911, there are a bunch of us on NES and a metric ton of folks on another private eList that use them and love them.

As received from Virgil Tripp about 2 years ago. No changes and no need to change. They all (5) work flawlessly.

From all the raves I heard about them, I purchased 3 8rnd for my 1911s, which I planned to use mostly for IDPA. I have a basic stainless government SnW and a custom Caspian Commander. The SnW will shoot everything and anything, the Commander can be picky with 8rnd mags, but is flawless with any good 7rnd.

Funny thing is, the SnW will malfunctions with these mags and the Commander hates them. I stopped using them in the SnW for IDPA. If anyone wants them, let me know....I'm not impressed I must say.
