I’m no prop expert, but it definitely looks like airsoft or even a pellet/bb gun. I had a Daisy 1911 pellet gun and while it was a well done replica, the barrel looked quite similar. .45 caliber crown that tapered to a stainless .177 barrel.

It was an older model, so the CO2 screw hung down. Found it! 12 year old me loved that thing. The gun in the photo is missing the faux slide release.
