There are a bunch of claw-type mounts around, and I can find those, but I'm specifically looking for the mount that uses the rear sight assembly to mount on the rifle. Any of these types would work, but I can't find any other examples, and nobody appears to be making or listing these. Found the first example below at CETME L - Appears to use some sort of flexible scope rings, which would work. Thread mentions Estes Adams making them with a standard rail, but he's passed away and I can't even find an example photo.

There also appears to be one that adapts from the rear iron site to the NATO mount used with the low light scope:
