Just found several of these and was curious as to the maker and age.

Those are .30Carbine clips and spoons. That is the way they are loaded into bandoleers. I bought a number of Korean bandoleers that were loaded that way some years ago. Real good stuff and wish it was still available for prices like I paid back then.
