I was given this Oscilloscope and wondered if anyone knew about it...or how much it might be worth?

It's commonly referred to today as a "Boat Anchor!"

Probably made from a Kit back in the early 60's. There were a lot of correspondence courses in electronics back then, and if you enrolled they sent you a soldering iron, tools, and kits like this.

I know, because I signed up for one of those courses....I think it was DeVry Tech....came with an EICO kit to build a VTVM, and an Oscilloscope.

I don't recommend plugging it in.......because some of the old wax capacitors inside have aged....and you might see smoke and flames!

But hey, who am I to tell you what to do.[smile]

And, unless your are a trained Oscilloscopologist.......and understand the science of Oscilloscopology.....it is worthless to you anyway!

I'll give ya 5 bucks for it![rofl][rofl][rofl][rofl][rofl][rofl][rofl][rofl]
