Fingers crossed that they take it AND say that the states can exceed federally enumerated rights.

Seems like a fundamental rights issue that should be heard. Needs 4 Justices to have it be heard this will tell us a lot about Kavanaugh and Gorsuch.

BTW they receive over 10,000 requests per year to be heard

That would be nice but the current administration in Massachusetts refuses to reinstate LTC’s when ordered by the court to do so.
