When I got mine this past summer, it was about twenty days from the time the CC was charged until I was making copies of the original (BTW, don't sign the original....only the copies). There's a thread on here somewhere on C&R FFL03 wait times....it seems to me that MA residents was taking longer than NH where I live.

I think the wait time is about 2 months. I read they just put on more examiners but I don't know if that will shorten the wait time. The ATF is not known for their speed or their sense of humor. I've found that some companies will not deal with a C&R license holder in Ma.
The wait times have gotten a little longer, I got charged early-mid nov and still waiting.
