Once again, the media can't get their facts straight.
Jeeze, if they can't get simple things like bullets straight, how the heck can we believe what they say about the rest?

of course it applies. Any staffer could have refused a search. My bet is none did or even knew they were allowed to refuse.

Oh I'm sure they could refuse the search. I gotta ask though, what would have been done to them if they did? And would they'd be working for the Duxbury school system anymore ????? Just thinking that legal fees might be in the future of any one that doesn't OBEY......
