Broke the hammer strut on my Seecamp at the range on Saturday and called the company today. Mr Seecamp answered the phone and will be sending out a new one today. Talk about prompt service!!
Still waiting for a response to a problem with a Walther P22 and it's been weeks with multiple phone calls and Emails.
It just feels good to resolve a problem so quickly. Now if everybody was that efficient life would be good!! PS... it's a fun little pocket gun and I bet I'm up in running by Wednesday. YAHOO!!!!!
