does anyone have one, or know of a company that may make one?

I've see the one fs has, but I'm looking for cheaper, much cheaper, compact and cheaper. I just ordered one for my feather at only cost $40.00 w/ shipping

Bring a big enough tarp to the range and put it in the fallout zone for the
cases. You could put a bucket down in the middle of it. Then
if you pull the tarp up correctly, you could pull it into a funnel of sorts
and dump the cases into a bucket.
