thanks for the replies and I'll do that. I don't mean to give the impression that I'm shitting on Four Seasons. They've been helpful so far, and I'm certain they'll take good care of me. yes, these things happen.

I called Mossberg today and the rep agreed that what I'm observing is a problem and to send it back to them. I'll be doing just that this week as soon as I can get back over to FS.
