Obama made the right choice by allowing the Navy to do their job. And Barack's kids made the right choice by naming their new puppy after their dad. BO.
I don't like Obama and this may be the only opportunity I will ever have to say, "He did the right thing."

Well, they had the Pakistani tanks... I think the AC-130 would have been of much more utility though. Nothing says F*** off like a rain of 20mm and 40mm shells.

Well, they had the Pakistani tanks..

But it took hours to convince the Pakistanis to respond with their armor. The military requested armor in Mog, but the Secretary of Defense (the late, unlamented Les Aspin) turned them down, because we were "drawing down our forces."

Yes, they should have had gunships. But having to drive through Mog in soft-skinned vehicles was complete insanity.
