Back in November, The Free Press reported that President Joe Biden’s gun cops had gathered gun-purchase data on some 54 million Americans – even though a 1986 federal law signed by then-President Ronald Reagan prohibited the U.S. government from maintaining “any system of registration of firearms, firearms owners, or firearms transactions or dispositions be established.”

Yeah I'll believe old pudding head when they kill some poor black guy to grab at an AR15. That would be literally the end of the democratic party in this country.

So let's say pudding head decides to ban ARs and orders a buyback program and forced confiscation if people don't go along with it. Is he going to be willing to kill people to grab them. I don't think so. It's just the establishment democrats who are pretty much close to death, dying out.

Can you imagine the optics if the ATF raids this woman's home and decides to confiscate her AR?

ATF raids this woman's home and decides to confiscate her AR
they will not go to houses. they will send all the lists of people with weapons to debt collectors to collect a $1000 per day fine for not turning in firearms on 24hr deadline, IRS will freeze all the credit cards and bank accounts for gun owners, and the 99.9% of a whole nation will turn in all their guns in 24 hours.

then the rest 0.1% will be dealt with by ATF, DOJ, FBI, etc.

Lol Biden doesn't want HER guns, he wants YOUR guns. The right isn't catching on fast enough to what is happening.

They won’t be going after this woman’s. guns…..

So it sounds like ATF generated a report...or somehow culled information together (which they've done before)...and someone leaked the info to someone political.
Someone political teamed up with some other political people and wrote a strongly worded letter?

So far it's just two groups of kids on oppsites sides of the streets yelling nah nah with their thumbs in their ears.

Lol gov can barely function to begin with what makes you think they going to do that efficiently?

Meh, it's just hyperbole about the digitizing of records in the NTC etc. Which has been going on going back to Bush Jr. Imo that shit should have been destroyed over time but as usual laws which support gun owners are toothless and largely decorative.

lol, they already got billion of gun records, gave IRS right to freeze all you money with no court order and it is still not enough for you? :)
it does not have to be efficient to work.

all the previous narratives of 'too many guns out there', 'too many owners out there', 'cannot arrest for nothing' - all that is getting addressed right before our eyes one by one, and it is still like a 'see no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil'.
while evil is right out there - watching you, laughing at you and getting ready.

Still not sure if serious, I don't think you comprehend the logistics costs of this for gov, etc. It's the same thing as the "black van conspiracy" problem. There are 200 million
guns in this country, at least. That ship has sailed, the horse is out of the barn, etc. It would cost them a billion dollars to even think about starting to do that, not even getting into the
weeds of all the other problems. Freezing assets? lol, a lot of people will die then, I guess. (if there was a manual on how to invoke a civil war, freezing peoples assets for lots of bening things would be a great mistake for the government in power to make, talk about a ready mix way to piss everyone off at once ) We already have this BS with civil asset forfeiture but that
only affects like .05% of the population. Freezing assets of thousands of gun owners would start a political forest fire. That would be a pretty dumb move on their part.

This is like your "turning off GPS will make planes fall out of the sky" stuff. [rofl]

Black van faggot conspiracies distracts people from the real more creeping, insidious danger. That this data will become integrated into distributed systems that gov can use to start picking off people selectively and quietly. It's easy for the public to dismiss these people as "fringe"- look at what is happening to the J6 people.... 2/3rds of the country has fallen to the
narrative of "obviously these people R bad terrorists cuz they broke into the capital and almost staged a coup! bweah!" etc.

There is a disturbing series of things going on that .gov can use to punish people it deems dissidents, etc, sure, I get that.

They're not targeting "everyone" .... they're targeting people they can get the mainstreamer retards to not care about. The reason is obvious- people like J6 protesters are free bingo
spaces to them. Gov is not going to do things with a serious up front disadvantage, especially not when theres lots of low hanging fruit to be had.

Dup.

you have an account in every bank.

(I may have made that up;
but let that go).

we will see, i guess.
my feel is - there will be no fire, no more fire than complete absence of any current fire for treating unvaccinated people in the same exact way.
society is getting coached and trained very well to marginalize almost a half of it. and absolute majority does not give a damn. except of those canadians, bless their souls.

Joe Biden would be impeached by his own party never mind republicans long before he started kicking down doors or doing legally questionable things. He's basically a toothless paper tiger but he has powerful agencies at this disposal and sometimes I wonder if the people who work in these agencies are the kind of people who took great pleasure in pulling the wings off of flies when they were kids.

Let's see ...

Guy (1) buys gun in 1989.

Guy (1) sells the gun in 1992 in MA. (Maybe they had to do an FA10 back then?).

New owner (2) moves to NH and sells the gun to some dude (3) - there is no paper trail.

Owner (3) has the gun sit in a safe until 2004, then dies. His kid (4) in some fly over State that doesn't require registration takes possession of the gun. (Or maybe the State requires registration but the dude is a hard-core early NES member and does give a f*ck).

Owner (4) sells the gun to owner (5) - again, no record, because not every Stste is a fag like MA for private transactions.

Owner (5) still owns the gun.

Now ... have fun tracking that sh*t down.

Keep in mind, not even MA has proper records of who owns what. There are guns you sold that still show you as the owner. Imagine that times 50 States and across a billion records. [rofl]

Now, imagine this ... MA gun owner buys 10 guns in MA, moves to another State, sells 7 privately and buys 3 more, 2 new, one private. The dude then moves back to MA. MA will still show him as the owner of the 7 he sold, and it will have no record of the 5 he bought. The Federal govt will have no record of one he bought in a private transaction.

It is literally a giant sh*t show.

If there are a billion records, there are probably 7 to 10 billion transactions.

100%

Gun transfers in Indiana for FTF require a drivers license and a handshake that the purchaser isn’t a felon. Have a nice day and enjoy you new pew.

Perfect example. You are moving out of IN.

Now, the Federal government might have a record of you buying 10 guns.
But maybe you actually bought 20 (10 new and 10 private) and sold 5.
The State and the Fed govt have no proof you sold those 5 guns, and you have no proof you can provide showing you sold them. They also dont know you own 10 additional guns.

Now what?

Not everyone is going to go "oh noes, dont make it werse, do vat the government says! give them the gunz and we get our munny back" [rofl]

People getting their assets frozen randomly? Sure some will roll... but eventually they would hit a bunch of people to totally lose their
shit. Especially now where people are basically getting progressively more and more pissed off. There are a bunch of americans that arent really
that far away from being pushed into becoming the next Marvin Heemeyer.

The vax/unvaxxed mandate bs etc is not a great analogy. That stuff is tryrannical but in realtive terms it's a minor annoyance (you can drive around
it) compared to getting your assets frozen.

Freezing assets though is the equivalent of sneaking into someones house in the middle of the night and hitting them in the nuts with a sledgehammer and
escaping. The guy who just got dick punched with a hammer is going to be very, very pissed off.

Now what?
