I knew a guy that took every big game in North America with a 30 cal. carbine. I don't recall how many shots he put into the Griz, but many were head shots and some deer size animals were 1 shot to the heart. A 22 Hornet is a superior cartridge to a 30 carbine.

Seems this is old news........and according to the us carry forum it was $40,000 back in 2013.
