beretta model 1931 brevettato

could anyone out there tell me a possible value of a model 1931 beretta, 1937-XV production with royal army markings, and a 609xxx serial number? i found a bunch of online posts about the 1931, but they all referred to a 1941 production.
any help would be appreciated, and thank you in advance!
