This match will be held at outdoor range at the Cape Ann Sportsman's Club in Gloucester, tomorrow, 12/07.
This match is to commemorate the "Battle of the Bulge" of WW2. Any WW2 US service rifle. (M1 Garands, Carbines, or later) M1A/M14 or later not siutable. Rifles should be in "as issued" condition. Bedding, globe sights,etc, are discouraged.
The course of fire is 3 strings of 25 rounds. Each string fired in 2 minutes at silhouette targets from 100 yards. All strings fired from the prone position. Five sighting rounds will be allowed.
Sign up begins at 8:30am at the club house or range, first shot at 9:00am. Juniors, under the age of 18, must be accompanied by a duly licensed adult. Loaner rifles will be available if we know you're coming. Juniors have first call on M1 Carbines. This match is open to the public.
