Awesome shot 1.43 miles...

My best shot was a woodchuck at 300 yards...Remington 700 BDL ..53 grain.
In the right eye and out his left ear....This beats it by way over a mile...

I wonder what kind of wound that first shot in the video would have made. The bullet was completely sideways in its tumble, and according to the video's author, it was hitting with 800 ft/lbs.

What's your point, that because you can't eat it there's absolutely no reason to kill it? What about coyotes? Woodchucks are pests and destroy gardens. Gardens that grow the stuff we DO eat.

It looked to me like the one at the lower left hit dirt first and ricocheted into the target. The one in center right didn't appear to be tumbling.
