automatically subscribe to threads

How is this done?

I want to get email notification to threads I've responded to automatically, but cannot find the option anywhere. I guess this might be considered the same as automatically subscribing.

When you reply (normal not quick) scroll down and below the text entering screen is "Additional Options". There's a tab for notifications.

Go to the "User CP" option at the far left of the top toolbar.

Look for "Edit Options".

Go to "Default Thread Subscription Mode" and choose the option you want.

This will set your options automatically for all threads which you participate in.

Got it, thanks. I could have sworn I had that checked before. I was recieving announcements then they just sort of stopped. Anyhow it is now checked and I'll look for incoming messages. Thanks again.
