But this is just a watered down version of pre-crime. There is no magic test that says "this person will commit violent crimes" and thankfully we still live in a country where you are innocent until proven guilty, not "you have a 90% of being a criminal so you're guilty enough for us to keep your rights away until we figure out."

Good article, but I hope our winning a few decisive battles doesn't lead to complacency during this war. The defeat of the Congressional Gun Bill and the recall (and resignation) of the senators from Colorado were huge wins, but we need to use that momentum to carry us forward as we retake our rights.

It really bothers me every time they do a Newtown story and it revolves around the issue of gun control. I can't blame the families for feeling that way as nobody can began to understand how they feel but the media drives this gun control issue. If somebody mowed down a crowd full of people while driving drunk NOT ONE media source would even bring up the subject of banning alcohol or motor vehicles so why are guns the target. Considering all the murders nation wide AR 15's are used in less than 1% of them but the way the media spins it you would think they are one of the biggest problems in society today. TOTALLY DISHONEST AND SHAMEFUL!
