Missouri (as of Jan 1) will be one more constitutional carry state, with very strong stand-your-ground protections. Of course, the anti-gun crowd is just sure this will result in terrible outcomes, and, no surprise, the police leadership in the state was against all of this. Fortunately, the legislature was able to overcome the (dem) governor's veto. The NY Times offered up a pissy little op-ed today to tell the commoners in flyover country how horrible they are. Meanwhile, Missouri residents will enjoy more freedom and nothing much will happen otherwise. The antis can go find another state to meddle in, having lost it all in Missouri.
