And Maryland's ban on "assault weapons" was found to be unconstitutional recently by the 4 circuit. So I'm over here wondering where it all goes from here. We have a so called "assault weapons" ban here in NorthKoreachuset....er Massachusetts as well. Is it too unconstitutional? or are we another Highland Park?

Different circuit. So...

until (unless?) a federal judge in our circuit rules similarly, there's no precedent. Until (unless?) SCOTUS eventually hears that MD case from the 4th circuit, rules in 2a's favor, and voila.
