It is kind of silly. Citizens would never be able to repel tyranny with AR's and handguns etc, compared to all the weapons and hardware the government has.

Feinstein is not too bright. She's trying to push legislation through that would break online security --- which would make everything we do online, vulnerable to cyber attack. It would also push security offshore, out of our control. Feinstein is pretty dumb, even for a Senator.
