AR guidance

I've been searching for the list of "evil features" and had a little luck. How do these apply to post ban AR's? Let me explain in more detail my question.

I'm looking to complete a post ban AR lower. The LPK will be here soon and I need to get my upper kit and other components but want to make sure that I order the correct muzzle device and stock etc...

Can I have a telescoping stock?
Barrel will be 14.5 + something to make it 16 - Can I order the parts and then make it permenant once I get them, before assembly?

Anything else that I'm missing?

1. no you cant , unless you pin it
2. As long as the "+ something" isnt a flash hider you should be all set .
Only other thing would be no bayonet lug , other than that you should be all set

Alright, so I can have the adjustable telescoping stock but I have to make it not adjustable. Sweet, I love Mass

Thanks for your input. I got it ordered today, with the exception of the bolt carrier (back ordered).
