Any forager dudes out here?

I think this is the closest subforum for the query.

Any of you guys into foraging? Just getting into it and I just got my first mushroom guide book. Sort of a one-trick pony at the moment since I really can only identify birch polypores and my wife is getting annoyed at me dehydrating sheets of them. That and bringing home sassafras roots, autumn olive berries and wintergreen leaves.
