Natural rights are bullshit this is why we are in this predicament in the first place. If they can't be taken away then there would be no reason to defend them. I can see the idea that ones right are not granted by the federal government, though I don't agree. However if you think these right can not be taken away you are blind. If they can't be taken away then China, USSR, and Nazi Germany never happened.

Natural rights can never be lost. Natural rights can however be disabled; an important distinction. Even while a natural right is disabled, you still possess that right.

However all rights are not natural and contrary to what is written over and over on this board, all of the rights enumerated in the Bill of rights are not natural rights. Some are and some are not.
