Heres the deal...I bought a US made grip from an "online company" that cost way to much. It looks identical to the chinese checkered grip (unfinished). After 2 months of aggrevation it finally arrived....BUT without the metal "collar" around the top of the grip. (the end that its flush with the reciever) I don't know the proper name but I know need one. I feel like just buying a chinese version and refininishing it but this one cost way to much to let it sit on a shelf. I am the dummy for buying it but I figured that it was 922r so I would make out in the deal.....guess not. Anyone know where I can buy the "collar" for the handgrip....any input would be greatfull...thanks

It's called a "grip ferrule" or sometimes a "grip cap".
It can be a tough part to find; probably because wood AK pistol aren't that common nowadays.
