ACOG Info

This is a model specific question:

Does anyone have or has anyone used a TA01NSN...4x32 ACOG ??

I am looking for a basic review. I am hoping to get one to try in the next couple weeks but wanted some pre-trial info.

I wanted that exact model for a while until I used one. I just dont like the really small eye relief but thats my 2 cents.

I have one and shot it quite extensively back in the early 90s. The first one I had, the reticle was cockeyed and not plumb when mounted. If you shot it at longer ranges you had to hold off because of the windage that was introduced by the crooked reticle. The did send me another one but only after they claimed they fixed it and sent it back to me unchanged.

Nice piece of equipment and really works well in low light. It does have a small amount of parallax. Not sure I'd pay all the money they are asking for them now though.
