A federal standard for ltc holders?

They don't say what we "can do"... They tell the government what it cannot do...

Oh, and one other thing that's been driving me nuts WRT to the constitution for years now through Republican and Democrat Presidents/Congresses...

It does not say "except in times of emergency, war or epidemic"...

These constraints on government are absolute, and it is a profound failing of the Supreme court that they have repeatedly failed to enforce this...
