8mm Stripper clip question

I was shooting my Egyptian FN49, using (I believe) Yugo 8mm on stripper clips. The clips had 3 detent bumps in the sides, which didn't allow the end of the clip close enough to the magazine to successfully load. I took one and dremeled off a set of bumps, and the center one allowed the clip to work.

It is, of course, possible that I'm using it incorrectly, but I don't think so. Does anyone know if any country produced 8mm strippers with either a center detent, or no detent?

I'll compare my Yugo ones to the Turks I have. jp

The Turks have 3 near the center. About 1/3 of the stripper is exposed before getting to the "bump"

Thanks - I guess I can either keep looking for more obscure clips, or just grind off the bump on a few of the ones I have.

I have a couple,but not sure if they really are.I ground of the end ones on 98 chargers.for some reason they seem scarce.turkish ones are to thin,I have plenty of them in bandoleers.supposedly 98s will work dont for me.
